We closed out the Summer Mastermind Series with an incredible final session, bringing together three guest speakers who each brought something different to the table.
Attorney Jason Ross of Knox & Ross Law walked us through the essentials of estate planning, wills, trusts, and everything in between, reminding us that having a real plan in place for your assets is one of the most important things you can do for the people you love. Colby Bell of New York Life broke down smart financial strategies for protecting and growing wealth, a reminder that building wealth is only half the equation, keeping it is just as important. And Rhonda Willis of Hearts N Action Resources shared the tools and resources needed to support our loved ones at the end of life, because protecting wealth also means protecting our families when it matters most.
Grateful to close out this series alongside such powerful, knowledgeable voices, and to American Home Shield for sponsoring throughout. Always learning, always growing.

Looking for something fun to add to your calendar? Catching an Oakland Ballers game is a summer evening well spent. I had the chance to head out and take in the game, and it's stuck with me ever since, there's something about the hometown crowd, the energy, and just being outside on a warm night that reminds you to slow down and enjoy the little things. From the atmosphere to the community spirit, it's the perfect way to unwind. Bonus points for watching a great play unfold live!

Late "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek's former Paso Robles ranch, Windfall Farms, sold for $16.9 million, about half its original $33 million asking price. The 724-acre estate was auctioned live on August 15 during Monterey Car Week, closing is expected September 14.

and so does moving. Whether it's retirement, divorce, becoming an empty nester, or helping aging parents get settled somewhere new, know that you have options.
You don't have to have everything figured out. Start with a conversation and take it one step at a time.
Even with changing interest rates, homes are still selling and buyers are still buying. If you've been wondering what your home is worth, I'd be happy to provide a complimentary home value report.
